X Games!

Hello everyone! I’m out at the X Games hanging out with a lot of good friends and watching Morgan ride BMX Park and Mega Ramp. I’ve got lots of pictures and news to share with you guys but it will have to wait until after the craziness of the weekend.

Chick Flick Premiere Postponed

Hello dear friends!
I wanted to let everyone in on some minor schedule changes. I have had to move the premiere back a little to accommodate for several factors. We have received another sponsorship from a great BMX company and are ironing out the last details before releasing that announcement. I have received some extra footage for the friends section and need a little more time to make sure their parts shine and as you know we have had some injuries (Nina’s broken jaw and Angie’s knee surgery) that have slowed the progress of the ladies’ ability to film. On top of all this I am in the process of applying to and working on pre-requisites for medical school!
I tell you all these things not to publish excuses to get me off the hook, but rather so you know that the delay in the premiere is (I hope in your eyes!) justified. I want to make sure the final product is top notch. We are truly doing this old school style – no crew or paid staff – just our friends and family who are helping us out. I really don’t know where we would be without our sponsors ShopHex and MagnoliaBMX because their help has been outstanding. Aside from their support all us ladies are doing this on our own dime and time and almost all of us work and go to school on top of trying to film so I appreciate your patience as we get this project finalized for your viewing pleasure!
Keep your eyes peeled for updates on our riding trips! Now that it’s summer we have more opportunities to ride. Angie, Nina and I will be riding on a Yeah Zine tour. I’ll be attending the X Games to watch Morgan ride and check out the GRO table. After that we are heading up to Woodward East where I’ll get my major BMX fix before school starts!
Again, I appreciate your patience. I will announce our new BMX sponsor as soon as I can. Until then – keep shredding!

April showers bring May flowers, but what do March showers bring?
21 MarWell unfortunately Morgan and I were not able to make it down to Austin for SXSW but here is a picture update of what I was up to during my spring break!
- It was pretty rainy the first few days but it didn’t quite keep us off our bikes!
- One of the amazing things about living in the country is the ability to go right up to all kinds of animals in your backyard!
- I smashed my toes during a belt test. It was painful enough to keep me off my bike until…
- We went on a pub crawl with our local bike crew for St. Patty’s Day. If you were at the Dew Tour in 08′ you’ll remember this shirt.
- Being a pre-med student means I can’t ever stray away too far from the books.
